1. What we collect

Information you give us. When you ask for a demo, we record the email address you enter, whether or not you go on to book a time. When you book a call, you give your name, your email address and anything you choose to write in the booking form. If you email us, we receive what you send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.

We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this website, and we do not sell personal information.

2. How we use it

To check that the address you entered can receive email, to reply to you and follow up on your demo request, to hold the call you booked, and to tell you about Machinebase if you asked us to.

To keep the website working, and to find and fix problems with it.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our scheduling provider (Cal.com), our cloud provider (Amazon Web Services, where demo requests are stored), email and hosting. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

Authorities, where the law requires it. We do not share personal information with anyone else.

4. Cookies and similar storage

This website stores a small amount of information in your browser to remember your choices: whether you prefer the light or dark theme, that you have seen the cookie notice, and whether you have recorded a Do Not Sell or Share preference. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and may set its own cookies when you use it.

You can clear or block this storage in your browser settings. The site will still work.

5. How long we keep it

We keep demo requests, booking and email records for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

6. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to syon@machinebase.ai. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them.
